Kingston United Soccer Club is excited to announce our 2024 recreational program for ages U8-U18 (born 2016-2006). Players will have the opportunity to build on the basics of soccer in a positive and fun environment. This is a great way to get active and have fun with your peers!

Programs will include sessions run by club coaches and volunteer coaches under the Canada Soccer format. These coaches will receive session plans and guidance from our Technical Director. For more information on plans or questions please email kureccoordinator@gmail.com.

Please take note that in order for our staff to prepare for this season, please have all Friend requests submitted by April 30th. 

Cost: $210.00 Includes Uniform (Jersey, shorts, socks) 
 

Coaching Opportunities: Volunteer coaches are always needed. If you are interested in becoming a coach please indicate that you want to be one on your child's registration. Or email kureccoordinator@gmail.com

U8 to U13 Girls and Boys:

Program: Planned to start the week June 3rd  and will run for 12 weeks.  The first 2 weeks; week of June 3rd  and June 10th  will be training with the team.  Starting June 17th teams will play full games(length dependent on age).  

All U8-U11 teams will play games in East locations and/or Central locations. A schedule will be given to each player prior to season start date. Fields may include John Machin, Grenadier, Nickel, Portsmouth, McCullough. 

U8/9 Girls (Born 2016/2015) - Monday  6:00-7:30pm 
U8/9 Boys (Born 2016/2015) - Thursday 6:00-7:30pm

10/11 Girls (Born 2014/2013) - Monday  6:00-7:30pm
10/11 Boys (Born 2014/2013) - Tuesday 6:00-7:30pm 

U12/U13 Girls (Born 2012/2011) - Wednesday 6:00-7:30pm
U12/U13 Boys (Born 2012/2011) - Thursday 6:00-7:30pm

Tentative tournament weekend is August 24th and 25th for all U8-U13 Team.

Interlocking League U14+:
Includes teams from Kingston United, Jr. Gaels.  Some divisions may include a team from Napanee Soccer Club. 

Planned to start the week of May 27th and will run for 12 weeks.  The first 2 weeks; week of May 27th and June 3rd will be training with the team.  Starting June 10th teams will play full games(length dependent on age).  NO GAMES WEEK OF JUNE 24th to 27th due to graduation ceremonies. 

All U14+ teams will play Home games at McCullough and Away games in Kingston or Napanee. 

U14/U15 Boys (Born 2010/2009) - Monday 6:00-7:30pm (except July 1st will be played July 2nd due to the holiday).
U14/U15 Girls (Born 2010/2009) - Tuesday 6:00-7:30pm

U16/17/18 Boys (Born 2008, 2007, 2006)  - Wednesday 6:00-7:30pm
U16/17/18 Girls (Born 2008,2007,2006) - Thursday 6:00-7:30pm

 - Interlocking League: In the interest of the sport and providing quality programs for all,  the game schedule may include travel outside the Kingston area to Napanee. 

FUNdamentals:

U8-U9: 5v5 Format. Games are 2x20 Minute Halves with a 5 minute half time break.

Learn To Train:

U10-U11: 7v7 Format. Games are 2x25 Minute Halves with 5 minute half time break. 

U12-13: 9v9 Format. Games are 2x35 Minute Halves with 5 minute half time break. 

Soccer For Life:

U14-U15: 11v11 Format. Games are 2 x 40 minute halves with 5 minute half time.

U16/17/18: 11v11 Format.  Games are 2 x 40 minute halves with 5 minute half time.

If the city closes the fields due to bad weather or field conditions, we will inform coaches and members via our website and email as soon as possible. Games that are cancelled due to bad weather will not be rescheduled.
